The service offer we deliver to our clients include:

Pre-Construction

We offer a full pre-construction service, this includes the development of Construction Management Plans for Planning Applications, Strategic Programming & Logistics Masterplanning and Buildability advice for projects.

Project & Construction Management

We aim to tailor a delivery solution to suit our client's needs, we work as Project Managers, where we offer a full Project Management Service from managing the appointment of designers, contractor procurement and administer the project on behalf of the client.

If a more hands on service is required, we also provide a Construction Management service, where we manage the project procurement and delivery acting as Principal Contractor, appoint the trade contractors on an open book basis and managing the project through to completion.

Construction - Contracting Offer

We also deliver projects using both traditional and a design and build fixed price forms of contract up to £10m in value, we work with our clients to identify the most appropriate route for delivering their project.
