Haig delivered this permitted development (PD) scheme in 2016 for a developer based in Harrow, North London.
The scheme required the conversion of 1960’s office block in to 19 apartments with an average size of 220 sq. ft.
The works were completed over an 8 month period and required the extensive remodelling of the material of the building to allow the construction of the 19 apartments and to incorporate a structural frame to support an additional 3 floors of apartments to be built as Phase 2 of the scheme.
We worked closely with the developer to produce a Procurement Standard for all of his projects going forward for key materials, which enabled us to achieve some impressive buying options.
